Amanda Scott-Shirley
Amanda started her career working on U.S. political campaigns across five different states, focused on electing women at all levels, across every level of government, from presidential to local candidates in Houston. She harnesses her passion for advocacy to create an inclusive experience through strategic consultation with her clients.
Amanda has experience in the Retail, Healthcare, Construction, and Energy industries. With expertise in many facets of HR, including Talent Acquisition, Workforce Analytics, Employee Relations, Management Strategy, and Organizational Development.
Amanda is the product of Houston public schools, a native Texan,
and loves living in the Lone Star state with her partner of 10+ years, Shawn, along with their two kids and sweet fur-babies.
